Stir-fried vege, fish (pre-seasoned), and mian xian with egg.
The vege was rightly seasoned however, I find the mian xian too blant.
I was damn excited when I cooked the above dishes. For the first time in few weeksss, I finally got to eat steam fish! I just added the seasonings based on my recollection and gut feelings, it turned out great I tell you!
I was once invited to dinner at home and some Norway guy cooked spinach spaghetti and I fell in love with it! Thus I asked him for the recipe and used to cook it every week. But now I got abit sick of it already, hehe..
Soon, with practice, things turn out better. Not only do I spend lesser time on preparation (like cutting and deciding how to put first), I create my own dishes at times!
Proudly presenting to you:
Sambal Kang Kong. Really good, in my own opinion.
Carbonara Chicken Pasta. I am bringing some of this sauce home!
Prawn fried rice. One of my favourite own cooking!
Fish soup! The fish sucks, its some deep frozen cheap fish that I got from Indian supermarket, but thats the best I can get. But still, the taste of the soup is goodie~ The secret is to add milk :P
Bratwurst (sausage), boiled brocoli with Roesti (potato). I like to call this Menu 1, because this is the typical food that I would get in the school canteen here.
I made english breakfast for two. There was baked beans, baguette, tomato, mushroom, bratwurst, cheese and egg. Oh and of course, TEA!
Switzerland has alot of diary products, in fact, it is the only food that is cheaper than in Singapore! So I would usually eat yoghurt and fruits for dinner, its equally tasty as well! But sometimes I would also make light meals like Banana oatmeal porridge as above. Banana really goes with with oatmeal!
Recipe: Boil oatmeal in water (1:1), when it boils, add in some milk and sugar and then throw in the banana. wala!
Lastly, me and friends baked a birthday cake. It turned out REALLY DAMN GOOD! not kidding.
Yes, its cheese cake! I still got the recipe sticked on my kitchen cupboard <3
